What is the Refund Policy for Annual Plan

We have a 3 days refund window with a no-question-asked policy only for an annual plan. The 3 days refund policy will allow you to explore our entire content on Kuku FM and in case you dislike the app or change your mind you can claim your 100% refund within the 3 days of the purchase by writing an email to us. Suppose you cancel the subscription after the 7th day. In that case your access to the premium subscription remains active till the end of the current billing period even if you have canceled your membership midway.

What is the Refund Policy for Monthly Plan

There is no refund policy on a monthly plan. You can however cancel future billings and use the membership until the end of the subscription period.

How do I request a refund after being referred by a friend or family member

You can contact info@kukufm.com for a refund request within 3 days of the premium membership start date. The cancellation period for a referred user is 3 days.
