What exactly is a monthly plan?

A monthly package provides access to premium content and services for a period of one month. In comparison to our yearly plan which is good for a year this is a shorter and more cost-effective option.

How do I purchase a monthly plan?

We support Paytm and Phonepe as payment options to purchase monthly plan. So please make sure you have either of those 2 applications installed and setup.

How can I turn off auto-pay?

You can disable autopay from your PhonePe app or PayTm app > Profile > Autopay settings > Kuku FM > Remove AutoPay > Confirm and you're good to go! Or you can disable from Kuku FM app go to > Profile > Settings > Premium settings > Cancel.

Can I get discount in monthly plan?

Yes. We do offer discounts and offers for monthly subscriptions. Watch out for running sales! Discounts will be available for certain durations set by our teams.

What is the best way for me to pay for the next month and the months ahead?

The easiest way is to start a recurring monthly subscription via UPI apps such as PayTM or PhonePe and maintaining a sufficient balance in your account.

Can I get a refund in monthly plan?

No. At this time we do not provide refunds on monthly plans. You can however cancel future billings and use the membership until the end of the subscription period.

What if my account was charged many times after I set up auto-pay?

We won't charge your account more than once. In the event you get charged more than once please reach out to our customer success team for help.
