It's the opening night of a new strip club, aptly titled The Mayhem Club. Rodrygo, the owner of the club, is anxious but excited for the journey ahead. But when the sun sets and the club fills up with patrons, strange things begin to happen. One of the dancers gets bitten by a mysterious patron and starts to show signs of infection. As the club descends into chaos, the staff tries to contain the outbreak and figure out what's going on. With the infected dancer locked up in a back room, the staff tries to keep the other patrons and dancers safe. But when the virus starts to spread, they realize they're in over their heads. As the infected patrons and dancers start to turn into zombies, the staff fights back with whatever weapons they can find. But with the club overrun and the police slow to respond, they're forced to take matters into their own hands. Will Rodrygo's dream turn into a nightmare?
