Here, we have come up with a recipe called Cheese Dabeli vol-au-vents. This fusion recipe has given a new and never imaginable avatar to your favorite street food- Dabeli. Indulge in some mouthwatering gourmet and pamper your taste buds with this recipe.

What ingredients do you require?

Readymade Vol-au-vents: 10

Mozzarella Cheese: 100 g

Spicy peanuts: 50 g

Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Ready-made Dabeli masala- 100 gms

Boiled potatoes: 1 ½ cups 2 (mash)

Oil/Oil Butter: 1 tablespoon

Dabeli Masala: 1 tablespoon

Prepared sweet chutney (tamarind): 2 tablespoons

Water: 2 tablespoons

Method to cook-

Heat a pan and melt the butter. Add potatoes and pour both the chutney and Dabeli masala onto it. Dabeli masala is a little spicy whereas the tamarind chutney is sweet. Isn’t it a perfect match of sweet and spicy! After this, add some water and toss the ingredients for approximately one minute and keep it aside. Take your Vol-au-vents or bruschetta whichever you prefer onto which you are going to serve. You may also take toasty per se, if you have nothing at your front. You can butter the toast and put some cheese on it with the accompaniments. Accompaniments consist of – Coriander, spicy peanuts, shredded coconut, some seeds of a pomegranate, and sev. If you are serving it with Vol-au-vents then mix these ingredients in the Dabeli masala except sev and crunchy peanuts. Fill them in the Vol-au-vents cups and put some cheese on it. You need to bake them in the oven so that the cheese melts. Preheat your oven at the temperature of 160-170-degree Celsius. Put your Vol-au-vents cups in the oven. Within 5-7 minutes you will notice the melting of cheese and its color turning into brown. Take your Cheesy Dabeli vol-au-vents out. Sprinkle some sev and crunchy peanuts and serve it hot. It is the best option for snack time and can be a preferable cheat-dish!
